Allison Guest

Allison is a local REALTOR® who brings a compassionate, steady presence to real estate throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. A nurse at heart, she has carried her passion for helping others into a career where care, communication, and trust matter just as much as strategy. Her background in nursing shaped the way she serves, with empathy, patience, problem solving, and a deep understanding that every client’s needs are personal. Originally from Alabama, Allison has called South Carolina home since 1992 and loves the Upstate’s rare blend of natural beauty, vibrant communities, rich history, charming downtowns, and easy access to the mountains and beaches. Having purchased her first home at a young age, she understands how overwhelming the process can feel, from financial questions to the fear of the unknown. Allison’s goal is simple: to make every client feel supported with expert guidance. Compassionate, dedicated, detail oriented, and resourceful, she works to create a seamless, enjoyable experience from first conversation to closing day.
