Alyssa Blackmon

Alyssa is a local REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina, bringing a unique blend of professionalism, care, and enthusiasm to every client experience. Before joining real estate, she was a high school English teacher, where she honed her ability to research thoroughly and speak confidently, and a financial advisor, where she diligently cared for her clients’ assets. Since moving to Powdersville in 2018 from the Tampa area of Florida, Alyssa has fallen in love with the Upstate’s welcoming communities, friendly neighbors, and easy access to both mountains and beaches. Having purchased a new construction home herself, she understands the overwhelming nature of wanting to make sure that every aspect of a home is up to par with expectations. Alyssa is outgoing, personable, and detail-oriented. She loves walking side by side with her clients, helping them feel safe, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
