Amy Neshat

Amy is a local REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina who loves helping people find their dream home. With years of experience behind the scenes in real estate, she has served as director of operations for both a REALTOR® and a staging business, giving her unique insight into what makes a smooth, successful transaction. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Amy moved to Greenville in July 2024. She loves the kind, welcoming community and vibrant downtown filled with restaurants, shopping, and local culture. Having grown up in the mountains and cherishing time near the water, she appreciates Greenville’s perfect balance of landscapes and lifestyle. Being near Clemson University, where her daughter attends school, made the Upstate feel like home. Empathic, professional, and reliable, Amy focuses on clear communication, timely responses, and ethical negotiations to ensure fair pricing and thoughtful matches between homes and the people they are meant for. Her goal is for every client to feel heard, supported, and as stress free as possible from start to finish.
