Asha serves as the Maintenance Coordinator at Bluefield Realty Group, bringing a strong background in property services, leadership, and client care. Before joining the team, she worked as a District Manager for a waste management service, overseeing thirty-three employees and managing vendor contracts for thirty apartment complexes. That experience, paired with eight years in residential and commercial cleaning in Columbia, SC, gave her a solid foundation in vendor relations and property management. She also worked in insurance healthcare, where she developed a strong sense of empathy while guiding clients through complex policies and payment processes. In her current role, Asha excels at juggling maintenance requests, coordinating with tenants, communicating with vendors, and handling insurance adjusters. She's positive, honest, highly communicative, and is no stranger to fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Her wide range of experiences and calm, clear approach to problem-solving make her a valuable resource for both renters and property owners. Originally from Columbia, Asha has called the Upstate home since 2020.
