Ashley Eller

Ashley proudly serves as Bluefield’s Broker-in-Charge and has been a REALTOR® in the Upstate of South Carolina since 2019. She is licensed in not only South Carolina, but North Carolina and Georgia as well. A lifelong Upstate resident, she has a deep appreciation for the area and enjoys living and working just minutes from the lakes and mountains that make the region so unique. Before entering real estate, Ashley served as Broker-in-Charge for a large national brokerage, where she supported more than six hundred agents daily and helped guide their professional growth. Additionally, she strengthened her people-first approach as Chief Financial Officer for Genuine Servant, a Chick-fil-A company, focusing on coaching others and helping them achieve their goals. Earlier in her career, Ashley built a strong foundation in leadership and problem solving as a Regional Work Coordinator for Spectrum. As Broker-in-Charge at Bluefield, Ashley is committed to creating a supportive, knowledgeable environment for both clients and agents. She believes real estate should feel approachable, empowering, and even fun, and she works hard to ensure every experience reflects that belief.
