Dowana Barton

Dowana is a dedicated Client Care Specialist who helps home buyers, home sellers, renters, and property owners get connected with the right resources at every step of their real estate journey. She serves as a first point of contact by calling and responding to online inquiries, answering questions promptly, and seamlessly connecting clients with the brokerage’s top-notch REALTORS®, property management team, and HOA management team. Prior to joining the team, Dowana built a diverse professional background as a Moving Consultant, Business Owner, Tiny Home Sales Manager, and Digital Specialist. This experience allows her to approach each conversation with clarity, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset. She enjoys helping clients maneuver through challenges to find the answers and outcomes they are looking for and is known for being thorough, methodical, flexible, and goal-oriented. After spending nearly 35 years living abroad in the UK and New Zealand, Dowana moved back to the Upstate to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, fitness, travel, and learning new skills.
