Whether responding to online inquiries, answering questions, scheduling showings, or helping clients connect with an agent, Hope brings patience, organization, and a calm presence to every conversation. Before becoming a Client Care Specialist, Hope worked as a server, where she learned to go with the flow, handle uncomfortable situations, and serve people well under pressure. She also gained office experience as a marketing intern, strengthening her communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Hope especially enjoys helping buyers feel less stressed during such a big life decision. As a fast learner, strong communicator, and natural multitasker, she excels at handling questions, solving problems, and making the process feel easier and more enjoyable.
