Kim Brusch

Kim has called Greenville home since 2015. Before settling down in The Upstate, Kim resided in Florida, Virginia, California, and Hawaii, making her very familiar with relocation. Kim is a military spouse and understands how difficult military moves can be. She loves to help fellow military families, especially with her knowledge of VA financing and how tedious it can be. She also understands the stress that can come with buying a home for the first time, as she has gone through the process herself numerous times. Kim has always felt very passionate about the property ladder and helping her clients reach their financial goals through real estate. She is a great advocate for her clients, loves to collaborate, and can meet people wherever they are, so that their main concern can be finding the house that meets their wants and needs.
