Margaret Williams

Margaret has been serving the Upstate of South Carolina as a REALTOR® since 2002, combining decades of business experience with a heartfelt passion for helping others. Born in Royston, GA, and a resident of the Upstate since 1948, she cherishes the area’s beautiful mountains and lakes. Before real estate, she worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for her church, owned a Dairy Queen franchise, worked in banking, and founded Red Door Realty in 2007, later passing it to her daughter in 2022. Though she considered retiring, her love for people and her belief that real estate is her calling brought her back. Margaret is committed to helping buyers find their dream homes and assisting sellers in receiving the best value for the homes they’ve loved for years. Guided by the Golden Rule, she listens, builds lasting friendships, and prioritizes her clients’ needs.
