Maria Lawrence

Maria was born and raised in the foothills of South Carolina and is very familiar with its ever-changing landscape and housing market. After graduating from college in 2012 with a degree in early education and prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Maria flipped houses for profit, served in the administration department for a medical college, and co-owned and operated a trucking company. As a licensed agent, Maria believes that communication is key. In her personal experience with buying and selling houses, she remembers what she looked for in an agent, and because of that, she aims to serve her clients with the same customer service that she always valued. Not only is Maria dependable, trustworthy, and tenacious, but she also has an act for making mundane moments and stressful situations fun. As your REALTOR®, Maria will put your needs first and empathize with your specific situation.
