Melissa Martin

Melissa is a North Carolina native who has called Greenville, South Carolina home since 2022. Having moved multiple times throughout her life, Melissa sees the value in learning and loving where you live. Because of this, she and her husband love to explore new areas of The Upstate regularly and have become very familiar with its unique characteristics. With this in mind, Melissa strives to help her clients feel more connected to the community they find themselves in. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Melissa was a Title Abstractor and is very familiar with the home buying and selling process from the other side of the closing table. She uses this knowledge to her clients’ advantage. Melissa seeks to be very intentional with her relationships and has a very fearless mentality, which leads her to be very open-minded and welcoming of new experiences and out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems.
