Philip Ziganto

Philip is a trusted REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina with a career in real estate that began in 2014. After building early experience in construction and hospitality, he brought a hands-on, service-driven mindset into real estate and has since managed renovation and investment projects throughout his career. Philip enjoys helping buyers find the right home while strategically maximizing value for sellers, especially in complex or detail-heavy transactions. He is HUD certified and highly experienced with REO properties, working closely with banks, investors, and home buyers across the entire Upstate. A member of the Western Upstate, Greenville, and Spartanburg MLSs, Philip has lived in the Upstate for nearly 20 years after previously residing in Bergen County, New Jersey. As a father to a daughter and son, his family is his greatest motivation.
