3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Bluefield Cloud platform and its features.
- To display your calendar events and email inbox within the app.
- To enable calendar event creation, editing, and deletion on your behalf.
- To enable email management (archive, mark as read, flag) on your behalf.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Google data for advertising. We do not share your Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.
4. Google API Services
Bluefield Cloud's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:

5. SMS / Text Messaging
Bluefield Cloud may send and receive SMS and MMS messages ("Messages") on behalf of Bluefield team members through licensed telecommunications providers, including Telnyx, as part of an A2P 10DLC messaging program. By providing your mobile number to Bluefield — for example by submitting it on a form, saving it to your contact record, or otherwise agreeing to be contacted — you consent to receive Messages from Bluefield at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Information that you share with Bluefield for the purpose of receiving Messages (including your phone number and your consent to receive Messages) is used only to deliver, support, and improve the Service and to comply with applicable law.
We share the minimum information necessary with our messaging provider (Telnyx) and any other downstream telecommunications carriers solely so that Messages you send or receive through the Service can be transmitted to the intended recipient. These providers act as service providers to Bluefield and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own marketing purposes.
For more detail on how the SMS program operates, see our Terms of Use.
