Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bluefield Cloud (the "Service"), an internal platform operated by Bluefield, LLC ("Bluefield," "we," "us"). By signing in, providing a phone number, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for authorized Bluefield team members and approved contacts. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by Bluefield to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to your role.
- Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Bluefield Cloud may send and receive SMS or MMS text messages ("Messages") on behalf of Bluefield team members through licensed telecommunications providers, including Telnyx, as part of an A2P 10DLC messaging program.
Consent & opt-in
By providing your mobile phone number to Bluefield — for example, by submitting it on a form, saving it to your contact record, or otherwise agreeing to be contacted — you expressly consent to receive Messages from Bluefield at that number, including Messages sent using automated systems. Consent to receive Messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of any other service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide.
Message types & frequency
Messages may include transaction updates, appointment confirmations, client and team communications, document or signature requests, and other communications related to the services you have engaged Bluefield to provide. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Bluefield.
Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Bluefield does not charge a fee to receive Messages, but your wireless carrier may charge for sending or receiving Messages depending on your plan.
HELP and STOP
For help, reply HELP to any Message or contact us at team@bluefieldgroup.com. To stop receiving Messages, reply STOP to any Message from Bluefield; you will receive a confirmation Message and we will not send you further marketing or program Messages, except as required to confirm your opt-out or as required by law. You can opt back in at any time by contacting us.
Supported carriers & delivery
Messaging is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Messages. Bluefield does not guarantee that any Message will be delivered, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of wireless carriers or other third-party service providers.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including phone numbers and SMS-related information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and content, is owned by Bluefield, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Bluefield does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any Message will be delivered, accurate, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluefield, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any Messages.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
